Rachel helped the Elite VBTC 17 Black win the 17 and under National Championship. Rachel was named to the tournament all star team.

Pierce is one of the best players I have seen at the HS level in a long time. She is top-notch at every position. Where is she going to college? She has to be getting offers from everywhere.

She has two strong things going for her, height and athletic body. Got to see her against Chilli and she didn't dominate which is rare in volleyball but Chilli didn't capitalize when she was in back row that's when you gotta score cuz she's gonna get hers when in ft row three rotations. Fun to watch her play. Only a junior I was told by Sports writer from Logan and Toledo is on the clock for her right now.
