Wheelersburg is that good and I don't really think Minford is that bad. The Falcons just got overwhelmed by the Pirates tonight after the Burg went up 8-0 in the 2nd inning. There just wasn't any fire left in them after that and the Burg just knocked the snot out of the ball tonight. Coach Martin pulled almost his entire starting lineup going into the 3rd and it just snowballed from there. I believe just about every player from the Burg that saw action tonight had at least one hit.

This is exactly what happened, along with many errors and whatnot. In the 2nd, the Falcons had Burg in a rundown that would have ended the inning, but instead threw the ball away and it ended up being a 7 run mistake. I think they knew with Russell pitching they weren't going to be able to make up that big of a deficit and pretty much quit.

I dont know, but this score is unbelievable and it fits your comments to the TEE! LOL. Good luck to those kids at Minford. They have a good team and this game just swallowed them up. You dont see it too often but it does happen.
