West (9-8) is a 4 seed.
In addition, Portsmouth is in Burg's District.

Big question:
If the Minford game was Portsmouth's last regular season game, then why does Ashland still have Portsmouth on its schedule for Monday, May 8th?

The radio said that Portsmouth ended its season at 9-12; however, I have Portsmouth at 8-12 overall and 6-8 in the conference. I know of 2 non-conference wins and 4 non-conference losses.
Wins: Clay and MInford
Losses: Olentangy, Greenup County, Wheelersburg, and West
I am missing a non-conference win according to the radio.
Anybody know?

I talked with Coach Roy before the game and was informed that they were 9-11 going into the game.
