With Minford starting 9-0 and beating Adena in 2 games very handily, I would think that Minford is right now the team to beat in the SOC II.

Waverly played West on Friday at West and got through 6 innings before being suspended due to darkness. Waverly was up 13-6 after 6 innings and will finish the game tonight at Waverly followed by their second game. Games start at 5

And doing this with a very very young team with only 1 senior. Look out this year and the next couple years.Crab's Brother wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 3:29 pmAccording to some on here they are the biggest idiots around.falcon117 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 1:27 pmHave to love what the new coaches are doing with the program. Nobody said he was an idiot that I can remember. He played college baseball so he is knowledgeable of the game.Crab's Brother wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 3:29 pmAccording to some on here they are the biggest idiots around.falcon117 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 1:27 pmHave to love what the new coaches are doing with the program. Congrats to Aaron and his staff on the 9-0 start.
The complaints were about his actions with the kids. Cussing at them, etc. Hopefully that has been remedied.
Re: 2018 SOC II
Waverly with 2 wins last Night over West. 13-6 Game 1 and Game 2 was 1-0. Clayton Howell CG 4 hit shutout, best game he's pitched this year. Waverly is 5-2 overall and 4-0 in the league. They play @ Adena tonight at 5.
Re: 2018 SOC II
Well whatever he's doing is working so more power to him. I find it funny that people had problems with him cussing when their kids probably say worse on the daily at school.Bleeding Red wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 10:43 pmNobody said he was an idiot that I can remember. Boy Hopper has you and whoever told you that snowballed. The players would play harder for his assistant coaches than him. A majority of the team could not stand him. However, they showed more visible respect for coach Knittle, Russell, Bucowitz, and Davis. The program would prosper more, in my opinion, with Knittle or Davis leading them. It was a shame Coach Daniels couldn't stay one more year.
Found this in the last SOC II Thread. Pretty Funny!!

Sounds to me like a unhappy parent whose son wasn't catered to. Get over it already! Everyone else has. Wouldn't be suprised if minford17 turned into baseball16 based upon the comments. How about putting away all the negativity and support the program! Minford is having a solid season, the players are responding to the coaching and hope it continues.baseball16 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 10, 2018 12:29 pm Post by minford17 » Fri Sep 22, 2017 12:57 am
