Top 3 can be interchangeable. But I think Unioto gets #1 seed. 5-10 be interesting. Several of those are playing well right now. I believe Miami Trace beat Waverly 7-1 in a game. Circleville split with FU and lost close games to Wch and Trace. The 8-9 seeds can be interesting as the winner of that game as beat the #1 seeds a few times over the years.

You can and can not put much stock in non league games. When a team throws off the score can be what it is a little off. Sometimes a teams number 2-3-4 can be very good compared to the other teams.

It all depends-if both teams are not pitching an ace. Etc. But everyone says wch should be 1 but I believe Unioto knocked off wch with wchs ace on mound

I agree. Most teams save their arms for league games. Unioto beat Waverly 7-2 but I know they don’t want to see Boles in the playoffs

For any of the top 4 teams to see Boles, Waverly would have to throw off there 1st game and depending on draw they might not be able to do that

Correct. The draw for us is huge. And the gamble will be huge also if we go that route. I think last year MT didn’t throw Bucher and lost.

Be interesting to see where New Lexington lands as they have 2 nice pitchers.

I think there’s a decent chance New Lex goes to districts if they have McGill for the sectional final

Washington 1
Sheridan 2
Unioto 3
Jackson 4
Miami Trace 5
Waverly 6
Circleville 7
Fairfield U 8
New Lexington 9

Not surprised to be honest. We’ve had 4 losses or less at the time of the seedings and have been 5th, 3rd and 3rd the last 3 years

Still think Unioto is the best. MT, Waverly and Circleville seem to be peaking at the right time so it will be interesting.

Interested to see if Waverly uses Boles against Warren. Warren is a decent team

I agree. Baseball tourney is the hardest to make a run in. So many upsets year in and year out

We still have 2 league games left to try and stay in 1st place. I'm sure we'll see where he is come the tournament game. Our coach will make the best decision for the team.

Who does everyone think will make it out of the district this year? With the pitching and top seed I have to think Washington is the favorite, but I could see some others getting out as well.

Pitching usually wins in the tourney so I’d say Courthouse are the favorites. I’m a Unioto fan and right now the whole offense is in a slump so hopefully they turn it around

WCH could be in for a couple tough opening games-Logan Elm seems to be playing well at the right time and New Lexington and FU are no cupcakes.

New Lex has good pitching and FU has a solid lineup. That’s a very good 8-9 game
