Are Western and Portsmouth West the same school? If not, what conference is Portsmouth West in?

Western and Portsmouth West are not the same school...Western is in SOC 1...West is in SOC 2

The two school are not even in the same county. Western is located in Western Pike County near Latham while Portsmouth West High School is located in West Portsmouth, Ohio in Scioto County. West Portsmouth is west of the Scioto River--across from the city of Portsmouth.

SOC stands for Southern Ohio Conference. Division I (Western) is the small school division while Division II is the larger schools (West).
