Need 2 TVC-Ohio softball scores from 4/23

I saw on the Parkersburg News and Sentinel website where Belpre beat Vinton County 12-2 in TVC-Ohio softball on Thursday (4-23).

But I just looked at The Messenger's pages for Friday and they didn't have anything on the other two TVC-Ohio softball games on Thursday – Meigs at Athens and Nelsonville-York at Alexander.

I'm working on updating the TVC-Ohio standings and still need those two scores. If you can please post them, I would appreciate it.

Big TVC-Ohio makeup match on Saturday at Nancy Kibler Field in Wellston with Meigs visiting Wellston. First place in the division at stake. First pitch is set for high noon.

Meigs rallied for a 7-5 victory in the division opener at Meigs March 31. Wellston had a 5-1 lead slip away. It was Wellston's only league loss.

Alexander defeated Nelsonville-York 12-2 in 5 innings.

Meigs beat Athens 11-9, which sets up 6-1 TVC-Ohio Meigs at 4-1 TVC-Ohio Wellston for first place on Saturday at high noon at Nancy Kibler Field.

Alexander has only two league losses, and if Wellston wins Saturday vs. Meigs, I'll most likely be making a trip over to Albany on Monday for the Wellston-Alexander affair.

Meigs beat Wellston that Saturday 6-1 at Wellston, they followed by wins over Warren in 9 innings 5-4, wins over Nelsonville-York, Alexander and Belpre.

Also .. at this date, Meigs has only 1 loss compared to 3 losses by closest teams, Wellston (whom lost to Meigs twice) and Belpre. Not sure about Alex?? But think they & Athens have 4??

Meigs at Belpre game still has to be completed. Game was stopped in bottom of 3rd inning due to rain.

To follow up: on 4/29 the Lady Marauders clinched the TVC Ohio Championship by beating Belpre 2-0. The next night 4/30 at Belpre, the game was stopped in the bottom of 3rd due to rain & field conditions with Belpre leading 6-1. This game is suppose to be made up 5/3 at Belpre, which cancels the Meigs - River Valley game scheduled on this date. The Meigs - Eastern game Wed. at Meigs is questionable, due to TVC Hocking Division commitments by Eastern?

Meigs (3 seed) plays at home v.s Athens (6 seed) in the Div. 2 Sectionals on Wednesday 5/13 5pm .. while Belpre (7 seed) hosts River Valley (10 seed) in the Div. 3 Sectionals on 5/11 5pm.
