Buckeye Divas 10U beat Lady Aces 5-3. Great game Divas. Congratulations!!!!

TNT Eplosion beat Buckeye Divas ( not sure of score)

TNT Explosion was playing Lady Aces when I left, don't know who won.

I caught a few 12u games : Stingrays went 2-1 , winning big over mountain thunder , lost 6-2 in a tightly played game against the TNT 12u team (these 2 look destined to meet in the finals tommorrow) won 6-0 over a solid Lady Demon team from wheelersburg. I think the Lady demons won their other 2 games .

Fire from the west side went 0-3 or 1-2 .

Buckeye Elite with mainly 11 yr olds from last years portsmouth 10u LL state champs went either 1-2 or 2-1 . I think they lost to TNT 11u's , got a win and lost their last one, but not sure of that.

Lady aces from WV are pretty solid --them and TNT 12u meet in the finals at Milton WV last weekend with TNT winning pretty solidily.



Did'nt see much 14u ball. Duster's looked a little weak, the chillicothe team lost big . Buckeye elite , with several old Wild Thang girls from 2 years ago went 2-1 , losing only a 1 run game to TNT 14u. Did'nt see any of the so ohio express. Mountain Thunder has most of the same girls from last years very good 12u team but Buckeye Elite was up on them 4-0 when the umps took a break for lightning . MT said they did'nt want to wait for any more delays and took off.

12u - TNT 12 they beat everyone by around ten runs on Sunday.

14u - MT Thunder

I only got to watch 12-U games at this tournament, but I want to say that I was VERY impressed with TNT Explosion (12U). They are a very solid team defensively as well as offensively. If they play like they did this weekend all of the time, then I don't see them getting beat much this season...if at all...Wow!

TNT 12u was tough , they took a few lumps last year (not many) playing together as 11's but when girls play that long together they get better and better and better. That guy's a good coach. Seems hard to apply pressure to them because they don't walk girls and they don't kick the ball around . They also have good team speed. Solid bunch , would be top 10 in ohio no doubt. MD
