Exactly, I heard one school decided not to play an away game because they thought it was too wet and chilly and didn't want players getting sick.
I hope the other school drops 30 on them in the makeup.

That was probably us. We have a brand new field, no reason we can't make it playable. The kids are dying to play and have yet to play one scheduled game.

Coal Grove got up 5-1 early and Rock Hill battled back the last couple innings. Kasey Murphy homered twice. Rock Hill moves to 4-0.

That is true, but I imagine it's probably hard to get a field ready when you work until 3:00 and can't work on it. Unless you have a great groundscrew at your school.
