Glad to see Burg get the ink but this team is really young and not a ton of experience . 2nd might be a few slots high at this point in history .

The first week or 2 is always based on reputation in any sport. People just see a school name and an undefeated record and assume that is where they belong. Once Burg plays Hilliard Darby and Bishop Ready, it will be a better indicator of where this young team is at this point.

Burg still undefeated even after Darby and Ready. Looks like those assumptions were on target. This team may be young but very talented. Both Burg Jr High teams have some very talented kids as well. Should help the varsity reload nicely for the foreseeable future.
