Well I heard Unioto played 9 games in 16 days or something... that's not very smart. If true...

Last night just ended 8 games in 20 days, which isn't as a crazy...but, is still pretty crazy.

Thats a ton of games. At least 2 sundays in there, so you figure they were likely on the field for a game 8 of last possible 18 days. Tough on kids. But id assume they are about to get some long breaks and can probably heal up some.

Agreed. Thankfully they only have 3 games over the next 3 weeks, but that also leaves them to finish with 5 in 15 or 16. I believe one of the issues may have been because there is an SVC in girls soccer for the first time, so they had to make sure to get games in against all of those schools and that may have caused the blocking within the schedule.

Wheelersburg travels up to Waverly on Tuesday the 12th and host the Lady Tigers on 10/5.

Should be a good match today (Saturday 9/9) as Wheelersburg travels to North Adams. Rematch from last year's District Championship game. North Adams is 3-1 on the season, including a 3-1 win over Alexander. Girls game is will start around 2:00p (Boys play first at 12:00p)
