The beauty of it is - most people in Athens don't really care what is thought of em. Wins, league championships, playoff appearances and most importantly, crowded stands on Friday nights. That's been the norm for quite some time now. Big fish, little fish, medium fish, dolphin, who the heck cares. Compared to where this program was 15years ago - most Athens fans are tickled to death where its at now.

Two pages & not a single post about the game itself. Some game analysis? Match ups to watch? What does ny need to do to win? Athens? Etc ...

N-Y has to cut out the stupid penalties, better tackling and blocking but it will all be addressed this week and the Buckeyes will be ready!

Didnt you read a couple weeks ago. Coach Adams might as well call and forfeit the game because they stand no chance to the eventual D6 state champs

Has anyone heard from GroundBuck or Pitstop Billy? I would really like to get an opinion from those two on this game.

Nelsonville was deemed state champs 5 weeks ago by delusional posters.

Even if Athens wins they will be still be talking about their state runner up like it was a super bowl win.

I don't remember anyone saying they would win state this year. I remember people talking about the Bucks having a shot to win the region.......
Our boys are playing one week at a time. This game is the most important game of the season til week 11 then week 11 will be and so on....
It's high school football so you never know what will happen week to week.
I think we have a shot to make a run but I don't play the game and it's not up to me. It's on the coaching staff and our young men. We will go however far we go and I'll be proud of them.

If ny plays their game, they can compete with anyone in their division. Yes even the mac schools...... I know Marion is a heavy favorite, and I agree.. however, ny if they make it there will compete..

As for this game. I think ny speed will be the difference. Bucks Win rolling into week 11

Two even teams (which is more impressive for NY to accomplish) game will probably be decided by turnovers, penalties, and critical errors.

What's delusional about it??? I went last Friday and watched coldwater v Anna. Honestly coldwater is way way down. They held Marion to 14. Ny is better than coldwater.. ny can compete. You're just sad because your d3 school can't hang with a d6 school..

I would think Coldwater could be as bad as they have ever been and still beat NY with ease! So yes I would also say you are delusional!
