What is the exact problem in Logan? Is it the head coach? Assistant coaches? Offensive and defensive schemes? Player development? Lack of talent? A combination of two or more of these things?

It appears the majority of the assistants are Logan alumni. Is the entire coaching staff also teachers in the District? Could be tough to get a new coaching staff if there are no open positions within the district.
