I've heard positive chatter about the off season.

We'll see how it translates on the field.

The only thing I've heard is we maybe watching a Wild-cat offense this year. But if it work......

Also heard a few days ago there maybe multiple looks to the offense. Some switching around with some players in different positions from last year was mentioned as well. Comes from a very good source but we'll have to wait and see.

darn! What happened to pegging a kid as a Frosh and keeping him there, developing the player? Now they are finally going to move players to new positions to get different athletic abilities !

Blasphemy I say !

We'll have to wait and see. Just chatter right now but heard a few will be. Heard one will have some tight end duties off and on. Also heard one will be moved to tackle 0 and D that was a tight end/defensive end last year. Guess the boy really put on some weight/bulked up. Got to do what needs to be done I guess.  I hope it helps out. Last year I seen imo, a few adjustments could have been made for the better.

It's not unheard of Paldi. I switched positions my Jr. year and it worked out pretty good for me. If its not a working ya got to try something before it's too late. I am sure plenty of players have a made a switch late in their playing years and like me it worked out pretty good for them.

Very true. Not sure why and he didn't really say, but a few he was telling me will be seen playing or in and out at different positions. Also, some good coaches will switch it up from seeing where he thinks a player will be more beneficial. We'll see soon. Switching around a bit can be good imo. Hope the Chiefs do well this year. They are do.

Cmon! Guys. That is EXACTLY what they should have done when they tried to play 4 Frosh to no success - move some upperclassmen to different positions to get mature players used.

That’s not a new coaching discovery. It been in use forever. You simply don’t win with Frosh.

I’m hearing they don’t have much in a passing attack this year. And no one has any confidence in the head coach. People expect another nothing year and no direction up for the program.

Buddy, I do not agree with you on many subjects, BUT just like Trump HA! HA! I will agree on your knowledge about football and the Chiefs! We will be lucky to finish 4-6!

And 4-6 is being optimistic    :x A one dimensional running game will not win much. You might have A decent year but once teams figure it out and adjust to it then what . Then when you play the teams that are as or more athletic then yours and can cover the run game........ Then what??? Your passing game sucks BC 90% of your offense is run based :x :x. ICK!!

I wasn't there. I was told (hearing) by a parent of one of the players that Spatar looked good, and threw his boy 4 touchdown passes. His boy was moved to tight end this year on offense. Said others looked good as well. Burke seems to be moving players where he thinks they should be. That's all the info I got from him, but hung in there with Lancaster well he said. Another 7 on 7 today but can't remember who he said it was.

I am hearing that Lancaster is somewhat down this year, per a source close to the program but to compete with those big boys is a start! Still 4-6 if the Chiefs are lucky!
