I hope you are correct. Then Trimble will come into next week full of confidence and the Cubs will bring them back to reality rather abruptly. Paybacks are what they say they are. :D

Didn’t Trimble beat Lucas at Lucas last year and Trimble has everything back? You guys need to get by Waterford first

Anyway, to your question Raider yes they beat Lucas last year. Lucas played the worst 3 quarters of the season and then stormed back in the 4th quarter only to fall a bit short. They used that for motivation during the off season and are much better for this year. I'd say Lucas is much improved from last year and not just a year older. You'll see next week for sure.

But what if Waterford beats Lucas?
curveballlll
Don't worry about that one....be a fastball right down the middle with Waterford swinging and missing....Trimble should win but there will be NO shutouts this week

Wateford might chip that fast ball for a couple of foul balls. Might get lucky and hit a homer...never know. But they wont swing and miss.

Breaking it down with wishful thinking there....but that's your right...Waterford will be looking for moral victories in that one...best of luck to them

That's a bold prediction. Prep isn't your average small division TVC pushover.

 It's K-12, Private and basically Columbus East side and kids of parishioners of the "World Harvest " church . The Church is bigger than the school. I live about 10 minutes from the school and I would venture to say since i used to work with and talk to couple of parents that had kids (basketball, football players there) that if they attended their home public schools here in the area geographically most would attend Independence, Walnut Ridge, Reynoldsburg, Groveport Madison, Marion Franklin, Reynoldsburg and Pickerington schools all of which are within a 5 to 20 minute commute from the school & church . ( Rb Owens-Johnson is Central District offensive POY , Ray is 1st team lineman and Bangura , Rogers and Jackson are 1st team on defense in D7) .

I agree that Trimble should win this one, but a shutout? Unlikely. If they pull it off, good for them.
