It wouldn't shock me if they put some parking beyond this building where the grass field is. Won't be close to what they took but it will be needed.

Some field houses I've seen are built higher to be able to punt footballs in there and such, when football teams has practices in them when it's too hot outside...... This one I'm hearing, is not built as high, but nice........

No way it will be a whole 100 yard field. It’s not beingb solely built for the purpose of the football team. There will be multiple basketball courts, classrooms, indoor track, etc.

From some of the things I have heard there might be a lot of indoor track. Logan's own early spring sport can practice in there too.

Don't know if anyone said or knows if there is bad weather during a home track meet could some of the events be held inside like the pole vaults?

It looks like it's taking shape. One would think this would be a big seller for a new coach.

I don't know when the pictures were taken that I posted a few days ago. I was down there a mouth ago and the pictures above look about the same as far as how far along it is.

That would be awesome. Most indoor tracks are 200m, but the shot put, pole vault, long jump, and high jump could all be competed indoor if the facilities are built with enough room.

I have heard that OU has talked about holding indoor meets.

The specifics seem to be unclear on the indoor facility. Is the track going to be a full 200 meters? Football field going to be 50 yards? Are the rubberizing runways and jump circle? Will they have a shot put circle? Batting cages?

On the first page of this topic is an article and in that article it says what will be in it. Might be the 2nd post.

Not exactly an indoor football facility. Appears to be more track, basketball, and classrooms. The actual description on the first page goes in to detail. It does say a turf area, but doesn't mention how much will be turf.

It wasn't planned to have indoor football just indoor practice. Wonder how many of these facilities for high school has a fall length field foot football.

The way I read it is that it was just to have a turf area in the article on page 1. Im sure it will be absolutely amazing either way. A small area is far better than most in Southeast Ohio.

Massillon Washington has a full size indoor practice facility and it is very nice. It has run ways for track events, batting cages, class rooms, training rooms, a weight room, and many other features.

Stopped at the center today and it looks like the only thing that is different from the last pictures is, they have the cement floor down.
