As of now I am glad this is what he decided to do but, he needs to step it up big time this coming season.

im glad he is staying. im sure he is too, he will be making around 3mill a year, and got promoted to assistant head coach

I have that feeling that he will replace Phillips as the head coach after next seasons December swoon and early playoff exit.
