SE District

Post by CatchKokopelli »

Would be nice to see a couple things here - the Girls and Boys times with all District teams. Include those teams from the far stretches like Fairfield Union and Sheridan within the overall comparison.

Also, since there is no more voting on District seeds lets get the conversation started! One month to go before the District! Who's the favorite to win at Rio?

D2
Unioto's boys? Athens Girls?

D3
Fairfield boys!? Fairland/Reedsville girls? Or did Fairland stay D2?

Milesplit does a nice job with the easy sort, but takes nothing into account the fast/slow courses.

Does any one?

Seems like everyone would use a course with hills. I think Logan went to the middle school area to get away from the flat course.

totally agree noreply, in track a 3200 is a 3200 but there are short courses, flat courses etc.

I usually check cross country courses out when the course is pictured with an event and a lot of them takes in the track field. How many courses in SEO take in the country side? Haven't check where Logan runs at the middle school but I know there are hills out there.

At Rio Rock Hill boys beat Caldwell, which is ranked 11th in state by Milesplit. Matt Seas of peebles and Brendan McCormick of rock hill both looked good. Jenny Seas of peebles ran great.
