My money's on the LADY CATS for Saturdays matchup. Even though Alexander may have some good athletes, I don't think they have enough to match up with the girls from Waterford. Coach Close will have them ready. Waterford has many players that can put up double-digits on any given night. BEST OF LUCK ...

PRIME TIME's is absolutely right. The Wildcats always have a heck of a running game with most of their points coming off of fast breaks from the steals their intense defense generates. These girls are very conditioned and like prime time said have a young but deep bench.

These ladies showed some major intensity in the preview. They never let up and it seems they have brought back the same defensive pressure that this team is known for. The defensive effort by this team should allow them to hold their own in any tournament match up. Keep up the good work ladies.

Waterford girls have one of the toughest non-league schedules that they have ever had. They have earned the honors of playing in the Classic in the Country at Berlin Hiland where they are playing Bucyrus. They also play Marietta, Parkersburg South (AAA State champs in WV) twice, Zanesville Rosecrans...

I think these girls will stay extremely focussed this year...they are sick of getting so far in the tournaments only to be stopped by Africentric. These girls are hungry to go even farther into tournaments and are willing to do whatever it takes. they work hard in and out of season and love the game...

I believe I read somewhere that Jill Pawlowski got 61 in the state cross country meet. This girl has improved so much since last season. Best of luck to her in track this spring.
