Haley gained experience last year and knows the courses and what it takes to compete. She should be at the very least a solid performer. The Sheets girl is fast but this will be her first test at distance and we'll see what happens the first couple of races when the front group leaves her way behind...

8th grader Haley Dicus returns this season. She will be joined by 7th grader Kaetlyn Sheets. It will be fun to watch as they grow during the season and just maybe one of them can crack the top group of runners by season end...
