Southern has had success recently, winning 5 straight sectionals from 2008-12, with a district championship in 2009 and a district runner up in 2010, just haven't done well last two years. Hope SW people realize that most posters on this thread aren't from Southern. Great to see you Southern fellas...

Don't cry Spartan you can still talk about how great you think your team and coaches are on here. It's just that everyone else knows that in most years Athens will be mid pack in the TVC. Oh well that's a lot better than in the SEOAL days. So cheer up.

At least one salesman on the staff. Hmmmmm..... Well that seems to be the direction a lot of schools are going in these days. It seems if you want a big named job you have to have used car salesman experience whether you can coach or not doesn't matter I guess? Oh well, thanks for nothing.

If Trimbles coach is as good as advertised then they should run away with the Hocking. Everything was put in place last year for several great seasons.

With the direction some of these teams are headed, (some of them letting the best coaches they ever had leave), they better hope Hannah and other such teams join. Just saw this score, this is terrible. This years Trimble team was set for a deep tourny run coming out of last year. But then they let the coach leave, and the place fell into a shambles. Well they got the guy they wanted, so I hope they are happy with the results.

That is the problem with the TVC. They lose a couple great coaches, then they start adding some of these schools that are either running from schools their own size, or are so bad that no other league will accept them.
