Burg @ Valley - 12/18
It will be interesting to see how the Indians perform against the slow it down, grind it out style of play the Burg will bring. Hopefully Valley's defense can speed things up by forcing turnovers and getting some fast break points. Valley's half court offesnse and defense will be put to the test. I'...

Valley @ Northwest - 12/14
Should be a game that allows Valley to fine tune their offensive sets.
I'll predict 78 - 45. Thoughts?

Re: Lucasville Valley @ Minford
I think Valley has a great shot this week. We know that Mcbee is going to get his points. Don't this it will be 40. I say he will have in the 20's. We need to make sure that everyone plays solid D. If we can limit the points for everyone else on the team, I think we pull it out. But Minford is a goo...

Re: Lucasville Valley @ Ironton 12/4
Wasn't able to go to the game but saw Rolfe had 11 points for the Indians. How did he look in the game tonight? I'm excited to see him progress through his high school years.

SOC II Freshmen Playing Varsity
What freshmen will get a chance to play some quality Varsity minutes. I know that Brian Rolfe will play an important role this year at Valley. He is most likely the best freshman in the SOC this year. Looking forward to seeing how he does this year. Anyone else know of freshmen who will contrubute o...

Re: SOC II - Preseason
I agree with Crabs and V23, Valley is down this year and will most likely finish at the bottom of the barrel. But they're young and will be nasty in a couple years. No where in my post did I say we will finish at the bottom. Actually said that if we split with Minford, we have a great shot at SOC. ...

Re: SOC II - Preseason
At the end of the year, I hope we can bump this thread to the top just like we did in football when everyone doubted us. I think the front runner this year is Minford. Got some good ones coming back. But don't count out the Indians. I hope Coach Rolfe understands that Indian fans know Bryan is defin...

Valley's Incoming Freshman Class
Really excited to see this new group of freshman play some ball this year. This class reminds me a lot of the parting senior class as far as athleticism. I wonder how many of them will play some Varsity. Brian Rolfe should be a lock as a starter. The only way this doesn't happen is whether or not Sc...

There coach did play for UK and was supposed to be the next Larry Bird...he didn't live up to the hype and made his way to nova and had a good career their.

Re: Student Sections @ the Convo
Valley had a few there...not a super impressive turnout. They wore togas. Sure wish the Krazy Krew was back for the Convo! Nothing like running out of the locker to the Krazy Krew!

Does anyone know how many blocks there were in this game? It seemed as though there were a ton. The big boy from NY seemed to have quite a few as well as a few of Valley's players.

Re: Manchester vs South Webster District Championship
Gonna have to take the Hounds in a close one. I will say single digits.... Combs will shut Loop down !! Good luck Greyhounds!! One thing is for sure...Loop is going to get his points. I don't care who guards him. Great players show up in big games! Put your attention on Loop and Cook will drop 30 o...

Re: District Final 3/10: Lucasville Valley vs. Portsmouth
Just found this!!! https://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=591500756740¬if_t=video_processed From this video, Portsmouth's speed is definately a major factor when they play defense. We need to take care of the ball! Also, from this video, if we can contain #32 and keep him out of the lane...

Re: District Final 3/10: Lucasville Valley vs. Portsmouth
This game could go either way. I think Valley definately has the tools to beat the Trojans. We all know that Dion is going to come away with his points. Great players always do in these type of games. We just can't let the other players on the team beat us. We need to put a lot of pressure on Portsm...
