Re: Waverly / Oak Hill game still on?

Wednesday is out. They are looking at next Saturday (before the Sunday draw) or the following Monday. Waverly wants to get this game in before the draw but next Saturday would put the Tigers playing Tuesday (home vs Huntington), on the road Friday at South Webster and then the very next night again...

Good Luck to this young man.

Roback is a D1 athlete. Are you saying he's not?

Re: Muzzleloading season date changes--Good or bad ?

I went out for a couple of hours this morning. I jumped a few does about ten steps into the woods and then didn't see anything else. It actually wasn't very cold. Anyone else have any luck?

Re: Northwest @ Waverly

tigers2010, Roback's hand looked fine from where I was sitting. Not being able to throw the ball was due to the weather, not his injury a few weeks ago. He didn't have any trouble gripping the football in warm-ups. I believe the monsoon kept the game closer than if it would have been if played on a ...

Re: SOC2 09-10 Thoughts and Predictions

In my opinion, this is the toughest the league has been in a while with five teams having a legitimate chance of winning the league title. Wheelersburg, Oak Hill, Waverly, Valley, and Northwest all have the capabilities of beating each other on any given night. However, you can't overlook Minford, S...

Re: Northwest @ Waverly

Maybe what people don't understand is since halftime at West the Tigers have had a sophomore QB running the show. Not to knock the backup but he's not at Roback's level yet. And our running back has been out for several weeks and once again the backup has been running good, but hes not the same kin...

Re: Waverly 3-4 vs Wheelersburg 5-2

I'm not Waverly's offensive coordinator, even though it kind of made it look that way in my last post. Sorry for the confusion. I edited it. I see the game from the stands just like you. I was just saying that it kind of makes sense to call a fade to big WRs against small DBs. They just have to be g...

Re: Waverly 3-4 vs Wheelersburg 5-2

Malone played in the first 3 games, he probably shouldnt play this week but knowing him he will if at all possible, the kid has serious heart. My only question is who calls the O-Plays for Waverly, in the stands we just call him FADE cause thats the only play he calls!!!!!! 1st and ten to 4th and o...

Re: Waverly 26 Wellston 21

Everyone is alive and well. Malone was injured long before the last time he carried the ball. He didn't get hurt on the last play of the game. His leg didn't seem to bother him just a few plays before when he gained ten yards. I see both sides to the argument. Waverly should've taken a knee to run o...

Food Plot Help

I would like to plant a food plot for deer. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use? I want something that is low maintenance yet very attractive for deer. It will be planted in a grass field surrounded by woods. Let me know if you need any other information about the land.
