2 outs runner at 3rd for Minford, runner gets in a rundown and runs 6 foot out of base line and falls. gets tagged by catcher and field umpire calls her out. Minford coach comes out saying 3rd base girl touched the runner on her way back to 3rd. home plate umpire agrees and awards runner home...WTF?...
