From the looks of the article it is a done deal, the school can petition for a lesser penalty with an action plan. But the decision will not be reversed. I'm sure a bunch of schools could be found guilty of the same thing, especially some in the same county!

Also Agree. Portsmouth will have the superior returning team this year. It's going to be a fun season to watch how it plays out in the league. I would assume that all the games would still be played as scheduled there would just not be any awards or championships given out and wins would be voided for the year of infraction. I know a kid form Cabell Midland tried to come to Fairland and enrolled and wasn't allowed to play he was unable to go back to Midland and ended up in Kentucky at Paintsville I think for the last 4 games of the season! lol talk about shopping around he went to 3 different states! Hard to predict if you only see one team play. I wasn't however impressed with the Indians. NY could very well win this game.
