Re: SOC II predictions
I really appreciate your hard work Noreply. I love track. Excited to see waverly compete this year. the walls girs is throwing great. Just won an indoor event in Columbus. I really think with all of the freshman talent added to the upperclassmen they will have a shot.

Re: SOC II predictions
Dont sleep on waverly. Their freshman class is very good. The remington girl should be close in the 100 and 200. I know its hard to make a freshman the favorite, but her times were right there last year and she has grown 4 inches.

Just saw final stats on Shanks. 12.5 points per game. 6 rebounds per game. 6.2 assists per game. I love nicks game and think he will be an absolute stud the next two years.

Re: Ironton Youth Basketball Tournament (January 19/20)
This will be waverly's 6th grade team first time playing together. Some of the boys played a little bit together last year as 5th graders, but they have added some new kids. I hope they are playing in the lower division. Nothing worse than getting completly blasted in your first tournament.

Re: SOC II
Free, she has gotten off to a slow start being a freshman. Monday she played JV. She had 6 steals and 2 blocks before she got hurt. She was diving for a ball and hit her head on a wheelersburg girls knee. She suffered a sprained neck. They thought she had a small fracture in her vertebrae but the c...

Re: Youth basketball top teams 2012
Waverly's sixth grade boys should be good. Did well last year and added the Remington and Dunn kids from western. Marquez, Miller, Gillon, Tackett, Snodgrass, Hoover, Diener and Parker. Should be very competitive.

SOC II
Can someone break down the SOC II for me this year. Been watching SOC I and my daughter moved to Waverly this year. Just curious as to who is loaded. Is Oak Hill still the class of the league or are they finally running out of talent. I have heard South Webster is absolutley loaded but young. Thoug...

Re: Who's playing in "Foundation Games" this year?
From my understanding it will just be one. Good to hear Danny that Eastern will be able to be in. Classy act by all four schools. I hope the entire basketball community in southeast ohio will make an effort to show up. This has affected much more than just pike county. Pfloyd would be a great thing ...

Re: Who's playing in "Foundation Games" this year?
"20" Just heard that waverl, piketon, and western are going to have a foundation round robin day. With each team playing each other once. I think the girls teams will be involved as well. 6 games in one day with the proceeds benefitting the zsoke family. That is the rumor. Will confirm onc...

Re: About time for a pre-season top 10 !
Pfloyd, I love your lists and appreciate all you do. I think however you are crazy. No love for Waverly at all, Not even just outside your top 25? Thats nuts. I also dont think there is any way that southeastern and huntington are better than eastern pike and notre dame. We will see. It is what mak...
