Re: River Valley Job Opening
Personally, I wouldn't want a coach who was only worried about winning. If D2 scares him off, then he's not the right guy. The new coach needs to care about building a program from the bottom up. D2 will be a challenge, but so was D3.

Re: Paint Valley Coaching Vacancy
I'm not so sure the BOE doesn't have a change of heart on this one. Seems that the former coach has a lot of support in the community.

Re: Open Coaching Jobs
Marietta is such an intriguing job. It's a great city and in a perfect situation being in the SE district. Moving up to D1 would be a disaster.

Re: Division 2 Southeastern Sectional
I think the top 7 are a lock with maybe a little wiggle room for a few teams (Gallia/ZT). Hillsboro is a lock at 8 and WCH and McClain could switch 9/10 based on their upcoming game. You know what you're getting with Fairland and Unioto, but if Waverly shoots it well, they are capable of making life...

Re: Good summer basketball camps for boy's age 10-14??
I worked camps for years and in my opinion, I would find a local instructor or coach. Camps are money makers. PGC is great, but very expensive. With an instructor or coach, your kid will get waaaay more hands on instruction. Hope that helps.

I can't imagine how bad Silver Grove must be. Whiteoak girls team won as well and they have struggled to get to double digits most games. Yikes

I can't take it anymore. Please spell Chieftains correctly in the title. They do have a very nice team.

I was told Hillsboro beat Unioto last weekend. I don't think they're a city league team.

Re: Coaching Vacancies
From what I hear, there may be quite a shake up in the SHAC this year. Whiteoak may just be the first domino.

Re: Clay vs Grove City Christian
Decided to go watch both games last night, hadn't been in a while. Both were great games . I call them like I see them. I do think the gccs clay game was decided by the refs.[/u][/i][/b] Clay had their 3 studs with 4 fouls early in the 4th quarter and not one of them fouled out , even through two o...

Re: #2 Fairfield Union(61) @ (44)#3 Chillicothe
So you want to face guard their best shooter and front the post?? Who's going to help in the post if #10 is opposite the ball? Coach Huffer has been successful playing his style of defense all year. FU was just a better team tonight. I agree that FU is very well coached. Woodside took over in the se...

Re: Reg 23 #8 Bishop Ready (7-3) @ #1 River (9-0)
If River is able to gang tackle Ready RB, they may have a chance. He is a stud and will run through arm tackles. You MUST make Ready throw the FB. QB doesn't have much size and struggles throwing down the field. I've seen both play and I like Ready. They aren't big in stature, but they are VERY phys...
