I too was sitting on the burg side with it right in front my face, it clearly deflected right off of it. Their was an atrocious amount of terrible calls

It is confirmed that if you touch the ball on a punt it is a fumble if you wear orange.

Absolute terrible call. Burg kid definitely touched the ball on a punt, took away an Ashland score and 2 plays later burg turns it into 6.

Someone buttered the ball and wrapped it in rattlesnakes. Young, inexperienced and many mistakes. Tough to watch, and even at that was still in the game until after halftime.
