Only way Eastern stays with Piketon is through their large coaching advantage.

Waverly beats Piketon in the Championship, which I think will be a layup fest as both teams will be able to beat the opponents pressure up and down the floor. Waverly just a bit deeper.

I believe part of the reason it was packed early last year was due to the smaller gym at Unioto, will this one be as packed early with the bigger gym?

One has to wonder if the breaks are being pumped on the new blood into the program and all of the wonderment that was hyped their way.

Should be a great game. I think that both teams like to run, but Unioto would want to slow this one down. In the last 2 years, Chillicothe has won the 2 uptempo games while Unioto won the half court tournament game. Tempo will be the key on Friday night. I think it is the best area game this weekend...

Southeastern is on another level from the bottom 3 as well.

First weekend back in league play has Unioto vs Paint Valley and Piketon vs Zane Trace, which could cause more separation.

NY gives up 69 ppg, but Athens only scores 48 ppg. Something has to give there. I'm pretty sure that Athens should win, but it wouldn't surprise me to see the Buckeyes pull out the win.
