Re: NFL Free Agency

Ex Michigan QB Shea Patterson has been waived by the Kansas City Chiefs right before pre season begins. He was signed to a free agent contract after this years NFL draft. I always felt just a little sorry for this kid, as he had such high expectations placed upon him from when he first came out of h...

Re: Cleveland Indians To Consider Name Change

I agree with both of you. It don't sound right to begin with and it's a double whammy trying to use that name. Not only Columbus would raise a stink over it but the Cleveland Buckeyes are an old Negro League team, so you know the blacks are going have a problem too in todays cancel everything from ...

Re: Cleveland Indians To Consider Name Change

To makes matter worse I even heard someone say they might call them the Cleveland Buckeyes. Of all the names that's all they can come up with? Columbus probably wouldn't let them have that name anyway. For gawd sakes they tried to own the word THE last year. As much as I hate to admit it, I will ha...

Re: Did PGA Resume Play Too Soon

Tiger Woods has announced that he intends to return to the PGA Tour on July 16th for the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. Woods said he is looking forward to playing next week, I've missed going out and competing with the guys, and can't wait to get back out there. Woods last played in a PGA Tou...

Re: Ohio State Suspends Recruiting Travel and Recruit Visits

Being that I posted about Urban making the Big Ten Coach of the Decade, It wouldn't really be fair if I didn't mention witch players were selected. J.T. Barrett and Braxton Miller are 2 of seven Ohio State players to make the All-Decade first team, joining offensive linemen Wyatt Davis and Billy Pr...

Re: Cleveland Indians To Consider Name Change

When we spoke two years ago, baseball exec Mike Veeck said he was pleased, and thought his father Bill, the late Cleveland Indians owner would also be proud that the teams controversial "Chief Waho's" logo would be going away. Veeck also said then, about the NFL Washington Redskins franchise in clin...

Re: 2020 Cincinnati Reds

One of several free agents that the Reds added in the offseason, outfielder Shogo Akiyama last saw Great American Ball Park when he signed his 3yr 21 million dollar contract on Jan 6th. He said that it is finally hitting him that he will be playing in Cincinnati. One big difference is going to be th...

LOL !
I kind of feel the same way, he maybe should spend some quality time with those (Big Uglies) offensive linemen, as that #12 won't do him a bit of good if he is lying on his back.

Just been reading where the "Good Morning Football' crew have been discussing the fact that Tom Brady has promised wide receiver Chris Goodwin a Super Bowl, if Goodwin is willing to give up his #12 jersey to Brady. As successful that Brady has been over the years, and confidence has never been lacki...

Re: NBA suspends its season

As of today it appears as if all 22 teams have arrived in Orlando, and after a couple days of having all of the players, coaches and staff retested, they will begin preparation to be able to restart the 2019-2020 season. I'm not sure how many, but their have been a few players that have decided not ...

When it all began for the Pittsburg Steelers ? A Legacy has to start somewhere, and for the Pittsburg Steelers that Legacy began on July 8th 1933, when the fifth oldest franchise in the NFL was founded. Re: NFL Free Agency

This is so important, you just know that the NFL would have to own this topic. ( It's okay to knock the you know what out of a player during the game, but after the game keep at least 6 foot away from each other.) The NFL is going to prohibit on field Jersey Exchange during the 2020 season. Per the ...

On his level of concern of fall sports being played, I'm really concerned. He says he was cauti...
