Agreed. In the recent past, I would have said that the OVC was the strongest local basketball league. This year it is the SOC3 without question. SOC3 is 55-29 combined record and 5 teams in the top 25 and only one team with a losing record currently (Wheelersburg). Tells you how good of quality SOC3 basketball is at this part of the season.
