I saw a preseason poll where Wheelersburg and Ironton were both pre-season Top 10 ranked in Division 5.

I have seen both teams scrimmage in the past couple weeks. Burg has lost two times in the past 33 months. I don't think they lose this week.

Watching Ironton last Friday during the OVC Preview, couple things I noticed...They now run a lot of the same Offense and plays that Wheelersburg does...This should be easy for Burg Coaches to predict what's coming the next play...Another thing, both Ironton O and D lines became fatigued very early....

Looking for Burg to be stronger than they were last year with the returning QB. WR's speed/size unmatched.

Outstanding game, huge crowd, great high school baseball environment. Burg hung tough and came back like they've done many times this year. Proud of the Pirates! Burg faced Adena on April 1st at the VA. It was a competitive game with Burg winning 3-2. The game ended with Adena having a runner on 3rd base.

That is correct. The Wheelersburg schedule shows the game on August 26 (Saturday) at 7:30
