Don’t think this schedule is accurate. We played at Portsmouth this past year so I would think Portsmouth would be a home game for the REDMEN in 2019 You are correct as Portsmouth schedule says they play at Rock Hill so the game between these two will be at the Hill rather than at Portsmouth..........
