As big of a blow out as it was, it seemed like it could have been worse. Waverly was clearly better all over the field. Piketon looked bad. It remains to be seen how much of that is due to Waverly making them look bad. Good start to the season. It gets tougher next week.

I look for Waverly to be much improved this year. They were very young last year (only 1 senior?) with a first year coach. Isn't Waverly's record 4-4 instead of 2-4? They have wins over Portsmouth West, South Webster, Eastern Pike, and Western Pike? Although far from being a great team, they have won 3 straight. It is interesting how they are rated far behind the 2 teams they beat last week.
