Let's face it kids aren't stupid. Valley has several talented players. When everything is centered around 1 player it hurts the team chemistry. Good players want to show they are good. When it's all about one guy resentment creeps in especially if you don't win as much as everyone thinks you should.

Prater should be SOC coach of the year he did a great job.

The game is way to physical and out of control. Hand checking and shoving is a joke anymore. The skill has given way to who can push, shove, beat down who the best then score on a layup. We all know shooting is terrible.

Yes Schmidt and Graf is in and I guarantee you Oberlings and Glockner have way more in there than you think. The old men new how to take care of things for the future. Also the families respect their wishes.

Minford is the Alpha no doubt. I'm not sure anyone alone can stay in front of Montgomery and his supporting cast is excellent. Best starting top 5 in SE Ohio.

Oberling and Glockner families gonna have to fund a coach if it's a big time higher. Then they will have to pay to build a new indoor practice facility and then pay to fix that stadium. It doesn't matter what coach you hire if you can't do the last 2 things.
