Marietta Tigers:

Jakel Shelton (Soph RB) had 19 carries for 134 yards, according to the paper. Young kid who got some varsity time last year...very very talented. I was impressed with him and thought he ran hard all night even though his team struggled overall.

According to twitter, QB Lukas Ratliff from New Lexington completed 22/26 passes for 387 yards, 3 passing TDs and 2 rushing TDs. I believe he had two brothers that played a couple years ago, Logan and CJ Ratliff. Logan was QB and CJ was a great deep threat at WR as well as track star. Good genes! L...

Meigs is bad but Belpre is all-time terrible. Meigs will be made to look good in this one and will win by at least 4-5 scores. Could be their only win.

Athens will score a little bit in this one but I think they lose 48-21

Definitely think Waterford will play hard and be as competitive as possible…but Williamstown is loaded and should have their way with the Cats. Just a huge talent gap in this one.

No idea about this one. Don’t know much about WM, other than that they seem to be slowly improving as a program. I think Marietta wins 26-14, but with such a young team it is very hard to predict.

I respect the program and culture that has been built at Trimble…definitely one of the most consistent teams in this part of the state year after year.
