I hope that Fort Frye isn’t pounding their chests over this win. I understand that Trimble is typically a powerhouse, but this Trimble team struggled with a really bad, and I mean bad, Athens team.

That’s so hard to believe, I just assumed with all the studs on Fort Frye they could do whatever they want to whoever they want. Well maybe they will settle down and put a whooping on Zanesville in second half. Good luck to all!

Considering VC will make the playoffs and should win the TVC. Playing burg would only help when they get a bloom carrol or Heath. They should have beat Zane trace who lost to Logan elm in overtime . Athens has not done one single thing to make me believe they have the ability to win this game. There are to many freshman on the field, this will make Athens better in the future but just not there yet. Good luck to both teams!

Athens run D is awful. Marietta can’t run the ball. Sounds like a pickem. Athens run D played like freshman last week. So I don’t know what Friday will bring.
