Just read an article on a Cleveland site where they listed Reid Carrico as the front runner to win Mr. Football in the state. The writers listed a lot of good candidates with big numbers but nobody really doing it on both sides of the ball like Carrico and he’s putting up huge numbers on both sides....

I’m hearing Ironton wants out of OVC in football. I think A Southern Ohio Super conference with Ironton, Jackson, Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, Waverly, Chillicothe. Let’s get this done. Then that allows these teams to schedule 5 good Non conf. games.

Probably more than what it was during the Lutz era. Kids that want to play major College Football are going to start going to Ironton. This is the culture we live in these days.
