That was one of the best teams Waverly has faced all year. Valley View could have been a nine-win team coming into this. Their record definitely wasn't reflective of the team. Hopefully, Waverly can continue to gain traction and respect in Region 16.

I think the Waverly vs. Portsmouth scrimmage proves this thread wrong too (42-21 varsity, Waverly). Portsmouth is an excellent team, but there are some better SEO offenses.

I was really hoping to watch this one. Hopefully they figure out the YouTube stream. The live video/play back was much better last year.

Regardless of the outcome, this game definitely earned some Region 16 respect for the Waverly program. It is great to see the strides Coach Crabtree and gang have made over the past few years.
