I thought Ironton was much improved. The Defense gets better every week and was really impressed on how they adjusted. The linebacker and DB crew is young and was really impressed how they contained the D1 RB.

I think it ended up being 10-5. Anderson is the real deal this year. The 6’5 230lbs TE that had speed gave ironton fits all game. Ironton drove down and scored on the first opening drive of the game. The entire offensive line this year started multiple games last year. All have tons of experience and now are healthy. The 1st team Oline that played vs Waverly was all Ironton players from last year.

Ironton looked really impressive tonight vs waverly. I believe Ironton scored 7 times to waverlys 0. Irontons QB thrown the ball really well and has some wheels. Both RBs ran the ball well for ironton and the defense only gave up 2-3 first downs.

I don’t know much details but I heard Burg struggled tonight in the scrimmage. I know they probably did show much but London is a solid program.

Great turnout last night for Ironton’s Midnight madness scrimmage. I seen a lot of the burg players and surrounding schools in attendance. From the Ironton Twitter page looks like Ironton added 12 teams for the Ironton 7v7. Greenup, SP and Fairland.

It’s a shame the game is no longer being played. The issue needs to be resolved the series is bigger than any coach or player. Community pressure needs to be put on the school that’s not willing to play.
