Could be a good one. Piketon could win big or win in a close one. Adena could win in a close one but not big over Piketon. Pulling for the 61-58 upset for Adena. My head tells me 65-57 Piketon.

We played both teams. We hung in there against Logan Elm. Down 43-40 with about 3 min. to go in the third quarter. Amann was too tough and they hit 10 3s.

Max preps has all the stats and players. Gibson is their point guard and is very good defensively. Cobb and Kritsch mirror each other. 6-2 or 6-3 and hit the boards. Cobb is a tremendous athlete. Come on Bengal Fan...pretty obvious I meant "bad" loss meaning...losing to a team with a bad record. Not the point difference. Piketon smoked us but we only lost to above average teams.

Zane Trace seeded above Westfall? We beat them and they lost to Southeastern?

Biased of course, but I think Wf worst seed should be a 6. Probably should be a 5. Strength of Schedule isn't considered but we haven't had a "bad" loss. Alexander, Logan Elm, Piketon (2), and Div. one Teays Valley in O.T. Probably doesn't matter...seeds 5-10 can do damage!

I think I misunderstood something...there isn't a policy in place at Westfall. I'm saying, regardless if school is cancelled, practice if the weather permits later that day/evening.

Westfall vs. Huntington...re-scheduled for 2/17/09

Westfall doesn't have the policy. Just depends. Usually we get a snow and it melts by 1pm! Not this year! I don't think the policy should be in place. If it is fine in the afternoon, practice. If not, don't!

Westfall school is closed Friday. Westfall vs. Huntington is re-scheduled for Feb. 17th.

Still things to work on but I'm very happy with the season. The biggest key is that we don't have a "bad" loss. Piketon is very solid, Teays is D-One and lost in OT, Alex is a good team and Logan Elm is very tough.

Westfall hasn't practiced at all this week. Coach gave them Monday off after Fri/Sat games...so last practice was one week ago!

Zak Smith is a sophomore at Westfall. 6-6 with an 18 shoe! Needs to improve mentally but can shoot.

Alec Stonerock is in 8th grade...6-1 or 6-2 and has a lot of ability. Big body and strong. Scored 38 in a game.
