Game realistically shouldn’t have been as close as it was. Wheelersburg 3 points in 1st half and moved the ball well. Waverly’s play calling may have been questionable, but this could just as easily been a 24-0 game in the middle of the 3rd.

Absolutely poured in Ironton. Flash flood level rain. Not sure about Proctorville.

I would too. Perfect league in everything except football, and even then we are only 3 years removed from Coal Grove & Gallia winning the league. Ironton will always be a force in football but won’t win every year. Ironton football hasn’t been as dominant in the league as Fairland basketball. No...

Heard Ironton may be out of OVC soon, but it won’t be their choice.

I’d imagine Ridgewood controls their own destiny for the 1. Ironton can probably pass Piketon by winning out, Portsmouth would be closer if they win out.
