Re: "But the Transfers" The burg base cultivation of the pre meditated week one excuse
Lifetime Ironton guy here with major respect for Burg’s coaching staff and their kids. They work hard, play hard, and coach hard. They, like Ironton, are great representatives of southern Ohio blue collar football. I’m looking forward to a fun, entertaining game. I hope the Fighting Tigers pull it ...
Re: TVC 2022
I don't think Nelsonville-York will be that much better than the rest of the Ohio. It should be pretty wide open. I do believe Trimble is that far ahead of the Hocking with Waterford following. I think Southern and Eastern should be in the running for 3-4 . I wish Trimble would have kept Fort Frye ...
Re: TVC 2022
The NY and VC rivalry is boiling. I think VC will be NYs toughest opponent in the Ohio again this year. Even before Carper got there, the games were getting good. Athens should be better, I know they were really young last year. Yes indeed. Looking forward to the week 9 championship game again this...

Re: Gallia Academy Bluedevils 2022
This. A thousand times this. The culture in Gallipolis is 1000000000% the problem. Everything that's bad about small town life is front and center in Gallipolis and I'd say very few people are more aware of that than the local head ball coach. Penrod gave the program everything he had and GA footba...
Re: TVC 2022
You make it to a few state championship games, then we'll talk. Until then, carry on. How many players from those "state championship games" are still on the team up there at Thimble? You got you a red shirt program going up there do you? I take it your team has never been in a stat...

Trimble has been in a few state championship games recently. They'll be fine. Carry on. How many players from those "state championship games" are still on the team up there at Thimble? You got you a red shirt program going up there do you? Fort Frye Rb Owen Brown didn’t even play l...

Thimble dodged Fort Frye in the regular season. Can't dodge them in the playoffs though, if they make it in. Might even get them in the first round. OUCH! Trimble has been in a few state championship games recently. They'll be fine. Carry on. How many players from those "state champi...

Re: 2022 Racine Football
Be nice to see Southern win their non league games and bring those playoff points to the table in the league. I think they have a shot and 3rd in the Hocking this year. If they improve a bunch they might fight for 2nd. Good luck to Thimble in the playoffs being in the same regions as Fort Frye and ...

Re: Dj Cunningham new coach at Waterford High school
Guy has Ncaa tournament experience I think he will do well. That's what Belpre thought when they hired their football coach and look how that turned out lol Not to mention Meigs with that coach that tells everyone he played D1 and they are just awful. Before that they had "NFL" and weren'...

Maybe maybe not really has nothing to do with how well he's been performing in camps this summer?? Really? So I guess you're saying him doing well in camps has noting to do with whether he's a good player or not? I never said that you literally made every bit of that up I was saying doesn't matter ...

Re: Galloway TE Chillicothe
The potential for this kid is off the charts.. he checks box after box for what these schools are looking for in todays TE. Curious to see just how high his recruitment can go. Will Ironton start to look at him now with this latest news? Maybe maybe not really has nothing to do with how w...

Re: 2022 D6 R23.... Thoughts?
Cadets have had 2 Qbs the last 7 years. They’ll have to replace him. They also lost an All State tackle and a 3 Year tackle. Also lost Rb CrazyLegs Long who was a 1000 yard rusher. They do have a huge Sr class and huge offensive line. I expect a huge year from Downtown Owen Brown. Also Wr Braxton B...

Re: TVC 2022
Is Thimble playing Fort Frye again this year? I know they got the brakes beaten off of them by Fort last year, so was wondering if they dropped them or not. These two are not playing. Fort Frye wanted to keep the series going but Trimble ducked them just like they did VC last year when they used th...

Re: Meigs Football 2022
what's the purpose of specifying that Bartrums D1 school was AA at the time, honestly it shouldn't matter because the man played 13 seasons in the NFL Marshall was 1AA when Bartrum played there. Would it make you feel better if we pretended they were D1? And yes, he made it to the NFL as a long sna...
