Was Portsmouth just supposed to lay down and play keep away the rest of the game and not attempt any shots?? Ironton needs to get better. I know a great recruiter who is the AD/football coach there, perhaps he can help! They need it.

Long layoff here for the Trojans but hopefully they use this time to work on the discrepancies we saw in the first game. Looking ahead, I like their chances to move to 2-0 and then I see some very winnable games ahead and a chance to stack some wins. One at a time!

If they are really down to 5 players, gonna be a scene from Hoosiers when Norman Dale played 4.

If this was the last game of the year and PHS looked like that, I'd be worried. Lots of games to be played and stuff to continue to work on. Always better to win ugly than losing games so I'll take it. Free throws need some serious work. Back to the lab!

Appreciate all the Trojan history, Dave. I have many fond memories growing up going to games with my Dad at the old gym. When the lights went down during the introductions, it was a real spectacle. Nothing like it I've witnessed before or since.

Really hoping for a solid season and post season run for the Trojans.
