Will the sites for the games remain the same as originally scheduled?

Zane Trace Huntington at Westfall Unioto Southeastern at Paint Valley at Adena D5 Playoff Game The Pioneers were 1-9 last year, but should be better this year. Their only win last year was Huntington. I know that, originally, Piketon and ZT were scheduled for week 10. Since I don't see Piketon list...

I think the most deserving kids should be recognized. All teams having to be represented is nonsense. The year end awards are for that season, not a career. Just my opinion.

Swain is a 2nd teamer over Grubb and Newland. Kid from SE over a 3rd Unioto kid? I don't think so (it pains me to say that.) Hoops did his best coaching ever... previous years, his teams so were loaded it would have been embarrassing not to win the league.

But I will give Unioto props. I for one did not think they had a chance to tie for the league title. I thought their ability to bring in top notch talent had faded. While they may not be the most talented, they do play defense.

This was a 14-11 ball game at one point I believe and I checked the score again it was 60-13. Lol I believe it was 46-4 in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Most of their varsity players played 2 quarters of JV as well. Piketon jumped ahead 12-0, and lost 43-12! That doesn’t even sound possible

Once the turnovers started in the 2nd quarter, the Streaks rolled and kept on rolling. The Streaks pressed some, the 3’s were dropping, and they finally made some shots in the paint.

My mistake. I spoke to the officials before the game about the technicals, and heard them discussing the situation with both coaches. I didn’t hear them say the coaches had to sit. I guess that’s a good reason for coaches to curtail the dunking, huh?

I can’t understand how Adena lost to Westfall. While I want the Streaks to beat ZT Saturday, I can’t stand the thought of Unioto winning the league outright.

It might be a stupid rule, but if it’s a rule....follow it. Dunking in pregame doesn’t bother me personally. I like to watch the Pregame All-Staters because they do nothing once the game starts.

What is the purpose of the technical foul for dunking in warmups once the refs come out? ... I agree !!! Warren vs Waverly at Piketon back on Nov 30th ! I've been getting on officials as long as I can remember. Until, that is, I started running the clock at Piketon games. Something could be called literally every time the ball is dribbled. Bobby Hoying of St. Henry and Curtis Enis of Mississinawa Valley both won Mr. Football while playing in the smallest school division. If it’s happened before it could happen again.

Both Valley and Whiteoak are ranked above Piketon in pfloyd’s preseason rankings, so Piketon defeating both is a bit of a surprise. Factor in a new coach/new system, only one senior on the roster, 4 new starters, and 2-0 is nothing to sneeze at.

Sophomore Levi Gullion of Piketon finished the season:

137-229 for 2,311 yds. Had about 20 TD passes, 5 rushing TD.

I would not bet against a Pete Hollon coached team, but with Newland and Ison out, I think SE is the clear favorite.

If the Unioto kids are talking like some of the parents the last 2 weeks, they don't stand a chance. SE by at least 2 td's. Grow up dude Me grow up?
