Re: Week 4: Lucasville Valley (3-0) @ Fleming Co. KY (3-0)
Really glad to see that Valley was able to take this one. As one already stated I am a little shocked it was as close as it was. Some questionable calls against our D gave FC 45 yds on FCs second scoring drive ...we had them 3rd and 13 at Mid field and was called for pass interference ...their rece...

Re: Week 4: Lucasville Valley (3-0) @ Fleming Co. KY (3-0)
Valley played hard and made the plays needed to win the game. I would guess that Valley had as many penalties tonight as they have had all season combined. As a fan and a parent it was very frustrating to watch some very sketchy officiating take away from the performance of our players. Being close...

Re: SOC 2 predictions?
I just don't see how Valley will be better next year. They lose Loop and Brown, two tremendous ball players that play both sides of the ball. Really impressed with Loop and his ability at linebacker. And man can he break some tackles. I don't see Valley being able to replace those two with anywhere...

Re: Week 4: Lucasville Valley (3-0) @ Fleming Co. KY (3-0)
FYI fellow Indian fans ...just google earthed fleming co ... And also talked with coaches... seating is very limited and ground level ...this means we will be behind our players but wont be able to see field over them ...so you might want to bring camp chairs or sit with the home side ...in the vide...

Re: Week 4: Lucasville Valley (3-0) @ Fleming Co. KY (3-0)
This thread went dead. May be alot of computer points here for Valley if they can pull off the win. I think Valley takes care of Flemming County. I see Valley winning by 3 scores. IMO, Valley is a much better team than Flemming Countys first 3 opponents. Too many unknowns to make educated guesses ....

Re: Week 3: Valley (2-0) @ Piketon (1-1)
piKeton beat our defensive line last night ....our linebackers had 3 or 4 people in front of them all night an we got burnt on 2 real nice throws for 60 yds each or so . However we had a pick 6 and a good 3 and out to start the 3rd qtr after piketon touched a knee down fielding the kickoff On their ...

Re: Week 2 Player of the Week
Nice try there on trying to push the issue of trying to get something started. Gabe is not my son, so good try with your reasoning, but he still had an excellent game. This is a forum of opinions, so what I posted belongs anywhere I want it to be. So thanks for your input and keep up the good work....

Re: SOC 2 predictions?
The Wheelersburg defense will be tested against Portsmouth but they look very sound in all facets so far. Still very early in the season though. Valley is very well coached and always in contention. Rolfe is an excellent QB but the inexperienced/undersized line could be an issue. West is the unknow...

Re: Week 2: Coal Grove (1-0) @ Valley (1-0)
This is the type of game that I love seeing my Indians win on a yearly basis. I always see a ton of people on here predicting a fall off for the Indians, and they always seem sure that Valley cannot replace the guys that graduated. Well, this is such a testament to the work that the Valley staff pu...

as for the game ...nice win only allowed 145 yds of offense for coal grove ...we racked up 300 and some ??? What game were you watching??? I'm known to be pretty good with the stats and have CG with over 300 yards of total offense for the game. We had 145 in three plays alone (53 yard run by Ruggle...

Athens in 3. Lots of weapons and athletes on the Athens squad. I believe they have 7 seniors on the team that have been battle tested through the yrs in all sports. Alexander on the other hand have 3 juniors and 7 sophs and 1 fresh. Some tested last yr as sophs and fresh with their tournament run. ...

Re: Week 2: Coal Grove (1-0) @ Valley (1-0)
This is a great measuring stick for the Indians. I feel that Grove will come in and attempt to be physical and run downhill at the Indians defense. The outcome will depend a lot on the play of Valley's two DT's and their two inside backers. If those kids can win 1st and 2nd down, I think Valley can...
