Notre Dame's Joel Williams set national records in the squat, deadlift and total poundage at the NASA state powerlifting meet today. Joel also set state records in the squat, deadlift, benchpress and total poundages in the 198 lb. weight class.

Joel will compete in July in the NASA Nationals.

It is really dependent on the number of people that are there. We will have a sign up sheet for entries and a tentative start time. Then fill in the brackets and get it on.
