Logan won something like 55-35. I think Gallia only had 10 points at the half. Gallia's offense was lost-and Logan played a lot of zone.

Just to clarify--SCOTT GASSER never went to ND. He went to Otterbein. His brother John went to ND and that was YEARS before Scott went to Otterbein

I think it's a great choice. Been in the program for years, knows all the kids. Lots of coaching experience and he won't have to be a "yes" man to anyone any more. He will bring his own game. I think Logan will do just fine

I think Helber would be great. Unfortunately, he's been stuck under Swinehart and now Myers. He is more of a Mattox like coach and besides- he has put winners on the court. Should at least talk to him and possibly offer. If he doesn't want it, he can tell them no, but until then, he should be considered. I don't see a whole lot of politics with him-no close relatives in the system.

I just think hiring Coach Helber is a no brainer. He knows the kids at Logan and he knows the coaches in the league. He works in the school district, lives in Logan and is a product of Logan.
