Green has a solid baseball program right now. Good arms and solid position players. Kimbler is by far the best baseball player in the SOC - I. I would expect him to have another great year.

I have to agree with Ham’s points. “Coach of the Year” should reward the coach that does the most with his talent. A lot of times the coach of the year goes to the league champs but I don’t think it should be automatic. I haven’t seen Eastern or New Boston this year so I really can’t comment on this...

I have to admit I am surprised Western is only 11-9. The night I saw them they gave a solid Paint Valley team all they could handle. They had shooters everywhere on the floor. Then the next game I think they beat a solid Zane Trace team. They definitely have talent on their team.

I’m with you on the job Coach Arey has done this year. And to be honest I think he is one of the better young coaches in all of Southern Ohio.

In my opinion at this point Peebles deserves the #2 and New Boston deserves the #3. Resumes dictate this. Peebles beat New Boston in head-to-head competition.

The 91-76 loss to Green will have a major impact on the decision of coaches.
