The Portsmouth game was a tale of two halves. Went to full "playground" game in second half. More overall talent and composure for Logan. 25 made FT sure helped but 2 of 15 threes was a downer. Playing at Alexander today ,as always ,what team will showup?

Assuming there is something to get bunched up in the first place. IN the end it would not be a big surprise if Athens wins the game. Just an interesting match up which will benefit both teams later in the season.

IMO Jackson should prevail if they play up close to their potential. I don't think they did against Warren but that was another game. Still will be very competitive.

Logan Varsity 59 Portsmouth 52. Logan trailed by 13 at one point in first half and by 10 at half. Pulled the "rabbit out of the hat" in second half. Play at Alexander this Monday.

Logan Varsity and JV both lose at West Muskingum. Logan Varsity girls led briefly in the 2nd half before WM blitzed them.

Jackson 55 Logan 45 Logan down 26 to 8 at end of first qtr. Came back to get within 4 in the 4th. Improving with each game. JV won big.

#20 Davis daughter of M. Cooper from the Katie Smith era. Logan starts 3 freshman , 1 Jr and 1 SR. The subs consist of a fresman, 3 sophs. Logan did make a game of it after a hot start by Jackson.

Jackson has struggled some this year and can be expected with most teams. Trailed VC late in 4th qtr but they do have a lot of experience. Playing at EAstern I can see a home team win. The word is Eastern is a final four team.

I did not mean to imply that at a point in time there were 4 freshman in the game that someone was missing. The only thing missing were the shots such as 4 for 29 threes.
